WHAT YOU WILL DO: Recognize opportunities to promote Sovereign Bank products and services to meet the financial needs of individuals and small business customers in the communities we serve Daily goal is to create, develop, retain and strengthen life-long relationships with our customers through identifying their needs and providing products and services that fit each segment of their lifestyle. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge on a variety of deposit products such as checking accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposits, along with a variety of loan products for the individual or for a small business customer. Meet and exceed personal sales goals and actively participate in all branch sales and marketing activities.
